Sponsorship Packages
Boys & Girls “Club Champion”: $10,000
Be a true champion to the kids of the Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton by sponsoring a $10,000 package. As the Club Champion, your company name & logo will be printed directly onto the crystal trophies awarded to our tournament winners. Also, you will be given the opportunity to hand out trophies at the Tournament 19th Hole Closing Party and Auction alongside the Club’s Youth of the Year. This package includes a $1,000 scholarship allocation to the Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year winner – which recognizes an outstanding youth within the Club for leadership, service, academic excellence, and dedication to a healthy lifestyle. Your logo will be used throughout the marketing of the event – have your business featured on the event website, social media, email marketing, and event press release. In addition, your company logo will appear on event signage, tournament program, and silent auction website. On top of all that, your foursome for the tournament is also included. Note: this commitment must be made early for trophies to be inscribed.
19th Hole: $5,000
Sponsor the Par Fore Kids 19th Hole Closing Reception and put your brand at the heart of the celebration. As a featured sponsor, your company will enjoy prominent visibility with eye-catching signage at registration and on the reception tables along with branded cups and napkins showcasing your logo throughout the event. You will also receive four complimentary 19th Hole Reception tickets valued at $400 for your guests to attend a sumptuous Buffet, Award Ceremony, and Silent Auction. Beyond the course, your logo will be highlighted across our event website, email marketing, and social media connecting you with a wide and engaged audience. It's a fun high impact way to support The Club and make a lasting impression.
Golfer Lunch on the Course: $2,500 Committed by Howard & Associates
Thanks to your sponsorship, golfers can enjoy lunch right on the course! Your support provides meals for over 120 participants and gives your brand exposure on box labels and napkins featuring your logo. Additionally, your company will be showcased as a sponsor on social media, included in email campaigns, and recognized with signage at the event.
Protect & Putt Sponsor: $5,000 Committed by May River Dermatology
This special sponsorship honors the brave men and women who protect and serve our community every day. By sponsoring a foursome of police officers, you are giving them a day on the course and a heartfelt thank-you for their service. Package includes signage on the driving range and other marketing opportunities.
Firehouse Fairway Sponsor: $5,000 Generously Committed
Honor those who serve our community by sponsoring a foursome of local firefighters to participate in the tournament. Your support gives these everyday heroes a well-deserved day on the course and the recognition they deserve. Package includes signage on the driving range and other marketing opportunities.
Par Sponsor – Beat the Pro: $1,000 Generously Committed
Host a fan-favorite “Beat the Pro” hole challenge and all 120 golfers will know your business has provided this exciting opportunity to compete against a pro. Your business will also be featured on social media as a sponsor, included in email marketing, and have a sign at the tee box with your company logo prominently displayed.
Par Sponsor – Closest to the Pin: $1,000 Generously Committed
Organize a classic “Closest to the Pin” hole challenge, where golfers compete to land their ball on the green closest to the flagstick. Your company will be highlighted as a sponsor across social media, featured in email marketing, and displayed on a sign at the tee box with your logo—ensuring golfers recognize you as the provider of the ultimate iron game experience.
Par Sponsor – Pot O Gold: $1,000 Generously Committed
Sponsor the “Pot O Gold” hole where golfers land their ball inside the circle to win a chance to split the Gold with the Club Kids of course. Your business will be featured on social media as a sponsor, included in email marketing materials, and have a sign at the tee box displaying your company logo.
Birdie Beverage Sponsor: $1,000 Committed by H2 Builders
Golfers get thirsty! Supply beer and soda for 120 players during golf outing play at the tournament. This sponsorship includes your logo printed on 120 can koozies! In addition, your business will be included in social media promotions for the event.
Fairway to Futures Sponsor: $1,000
Help create brighter futures for local youth through the Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton. This meaningful sponsorship directly funds scholarships that provide children with access to academic support, mentorship, after-school programming, leadership development, and enriching experiences in a safe and positive environment. Your company will be recognized as an advocate for youth opportunity through event signage, social media recognition, email marketing, and tournament materials. Tee Sponsors: $500
Have your business sponsor a hole at the prestigious and sought-after May River Golf Course at Palmetto Bluff! A 24x36” yard sign stakes into the ground right at the tee so everyone knows who is sponsoring the hole as they pass through. Sign will include your company logo and customized text.
